Albus was at Grimmauld Place

Once all of the order had arrived, they all sat together and discussed what needed to be done tonight. They would go into the Ministry as they had planned, knowing Harry would seek out his visions. Albus would go to meet Tom, while the Order went to help the kids get out safely. Dumbledore had already alerted the Aurors, all that was left was to do was leave and get there in time.

The doors open as she says the week’s password and they all make their way up the stairs. “Ahh, Hello, Professor,” he said, “Minister,” he said inclining his head. He was sitting at his desk, with a smile on his face, as though he had been waiting for them, like he knew they had been coming.  “Dolores, please explain why I am here,” he said, with a furious look as his eyes cast around the room, pinning both Potter and Dumbledore.
